Psychotherapy gives you the opportunity to work with the things that can be hard in life and sometimes can slow you down. We all carry around a backpack filled with experiences throughout life, which in a way is a strength, but sometimes it may become an obstacle, if you have experienced an imbalance in your life.
Working with your imbalance can create more harmony within yourself and you can learn how to turn the difficult things into resources instead.
All together these are the different therapy tools that I work with, but it is up to each individual, how you want to work; what you feel the most comfortable with or which issues you are ready to work on. It is important that my client is safe and confident during the whole process, as I have great respect for your personal boundaries.

I work a lot with people, who suffer from stress and need conflict management. Often the two things go hand in hand. If you are stressed, it creates a conflict and vice versa. Conflicts can be stressful both personally as well as professionally.
